1. What is indoor cycling?
Indoor cycling is as it says on the tin. Intense indoor cycling set to rocking tunes. It burns calories fast and is an amazing rush of energy.

2. Anything I should do before attending class?
Safety first. Please check with your doctor prior to undertaking any form of exercise.

3. What do I wear?
There is no dress code, but try to wear sporting clothes such as a t-shirt and shorts or leggings.

4. What do I bring?
Bring yourself and your friends! We supply the water, changing rooms and incentive.

5. When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes early, so that our trained staff can properly introduce you to your bike and the session. This will also allow time to sign the mandatory waiver.

6. How do I set up a bike?
All bikes have four point adjustment, to ensure the perfect fit for you. These are: saddle height, saddle position, handle bar height, handle bar position. Our staff will explain exactly how this works.

7. What is resistance?
You will hear resistance mentioned throughout the class. Do not let this worry you. Resistance is your best friend, it is completely adjustable to your level of fitness, and when used correctly, helps to avoid injury.

8. Fun!
The most important aspect of our class. Just have fun.
