She is a true fitness enthusiast who brings a fierce passion to her class with her positive coaching and attention to form. Kelly’s focus is to strengthen you on and off the bikes! She knows resistance equals distance and will push you to the finish line. Join Kelly’s crew and see what all the hypes about!

Abby Nesseth

“Ride it like you stole it” is Abby’s class motto and she is a powerhouse on and off the bikes. Her class is about resistance, resistance, RESISTANCE and she brings new meaning to WATTS UP! Whether it’s a full hour of Spin or one of her bootcamp classes Abby will push you past your comfort zone and you will leave feeling empowered! Strong is the new sexy and her class packs a powerful punch!
 

Todd Lane

“WAHOO!” is not only a word you hear frequently but a feeling you will become accustomed to in Todd’s class. His powerful intervals and class energy will push you beyond your limits and bring out your inner beast. Todd’s focus is to build strength and endurance while keeping consistent form on the bike. Be ready to sweat, smile and leave his class feeling like a machine!

Jennafer Martinez

“Give it everything you got” Jen brings the party, known as the queen of themes, her high energy playlists will keep you jamming! Her need for speed will have you on a spinner’s high and the resistance will be turned up just as much as you! Escape in the music videos and EXPECT a mash up or two, in her class you can unwind and sweat the day away!

Adriana Sutton

“You don’t sweat, you sparkle!” and you will be lit up like a disco ball in Adriana’s class. She is a genuine music lover and this can be felt and experienced through her playlists. Adriana’s classes are high energy, challenging and most importantly fun! An hour will fly as fast as your legs will. Be ready to dance on your bike and work those WATTS!

Adrien Thevenet

Adrien has just arrived from beautiful Vancouver, Canada, he is a certified Spinning Instructor, RRCA Running Coach and certified ACE Personal Trainer.

He has been a passionate athlete since high school where he discovered the joys of long distance running, since then he has been physically active his whole life as he truly believes that the best path to happiness and a healthy mind is accomplished through regular physical activity.
